This policy covers PREMO Film (“PREMO,” “we,” or “the Service”), the guest photo-sharing app at this website.

We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we do not sell your personal information.

1) Data we collect

Account & identifiers

  • Host accounts: email address and password, used for sign-in
  • Optional profile details a host adds: display name, country
  • Guest identifiers: guests join without an email or password (see “Guest identity” below) — we store only the name they enter for that film

Your content

  • Photos, voice messages, and text moments guests capture or upload
  • Film details a host creates: name, dates, cover image, and settings

Payments

Paid plans are processed by Curlec (a Razorpay product). We never see or store your full card or bank details — Curlec handles that directly. We keep a record of the plan purchased, the amount, and Curlec’s transaction reference, so we can confirm your payment went through.

Cookies & sign-in

We use only the essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t run third-party analytics or session-recording tools on this site.

Camera & photos (guest capture)

  • Camera access is requested only when a guest chooses to take a photo, and only for that moment
  • Choosing a photo from your camera roll requires your device’s own permission
  • We don’t access your camera or photo library in the background

Push notifications

If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a push subscription so we can send you updates about a film. You can turn this off anytime in your device or browser settings.

2) How we use data

  • To run the Service: create and manage films, let guests join and upload moments, build your album
  • To process payments and unlock the plan you purchased
  • To send Service-related notifications you’ve opted into
  • To enforce a film’s own settings, like per-guest upload limits the host has set
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

3) How we share data

We do not sell your personal information.

Within a film

  • The host can always see every photo uploaded to their film
  • Other guests can see your moments only if the host has turned on “everyone can see all photos” for that film — otherwise guests see only their own uploads
  • Your display name may be shown alongside moments you upload, to other participants

Service providers

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
  • Curlec (Razorpay) — payment processing

These providers only access what they need to perform their service for us, and are bound by their own terms.

We may disclose information if required by law.

4) Guest identity

Guests join a film using anonymous sign-in — no email, password, or account creation required. That anonymous identity persists on your device so you can return to your own moments, but it is not linked to any personal information unless you choose to provide it (like the name you enter to join).

5) Data retention

  • Your account and film data are kept while your account is active
  • If a host deletes a film, its photos are removed from active storage
  • Payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes

6) Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Data at rest is protected by our database provider, with access rules enforced at the database level so a guest can only ever reach the film they’ve joined
  • Guest photos are stored privately and served only to people authorized to view them

No method of transmission or storage is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) Your choices and rights

  • Guests can update their display name from their film’s settings page at any time
  • To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email us at premoweddings@gmail.com

Region-specific rights

  • Malaysia (PDPA): you have rights to access and correct your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010
  • EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information; we do not sell your data

8) Children

PREMO Film is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9) International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
