Terms

• You must be 13 or older
• If you are under the age of majority in your region, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you
• You may use the Service on behalf of an organization only if you have authority to bind it — “you” includes that organization

• Hosting a film requires an account, created with an email address and password
• Joining a film as a guest does not require an account — you’re signed in anonymously the moment you join
• Keep your host credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account

Tell us right away at premoweddings@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• You can pay to raise a film’s guest limit. Prices and any discount applied are shown before you pay
• Payments are processed by Curlec (a Razorpay product); their own terms and refund policies apply to the payment itself
• To request a refund from us, email premoweddings@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your film name and payment reference

• Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose to take or upload a photo, and only for that action
• Push notifications are optional and can be managed in your device or browser settings
• You’re responsible for your own device and any data charges from using the Service

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law. PREMO is not a backup service — keep your own copies of anything important.

Do not:

• Break the law, violate others’ rights, or upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or excessively violent content
• Upload someone else’s photos without their permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a film

We use service providers — including Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and Curlec/Razorpay (payments) — under their own terms; we’re not responsible for third-party services or materials. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email premoweddings@gmail.com with: (1) your contact info, (2) the work claimed infringed, (3) the specific content or location of the material, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act. We may remove content in response and may terminate repeat infringers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent not prohibited by law: we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 6 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or the law.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, please email us at premoweddings@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

• Severability. If a term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• Assignment. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent
• No waiver. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it

We aim to respond within 48–72 hours. By using PREMO Film, you agree to these Terms.
